1. Course Enrollment

Once enrolled, students may receive access to course content, live class schedules, or downloadable resources.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refund requests will be considered only under valid circumstances such as:

• Payment deducted but enrollment not confirmed

• Duplicate payment made accidentally

3. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be provided in cases such as:

• Student attended live classes

• Course materials/notes were shared or accessed

• Student missed classes due to personal reasons

• Change of mind after enrollment

4. Refund Processing Time

If approved, refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days, depending on the payment method.
